Bungo Stray Dogs 4th Season - Reviews

It's so interesting, that I feel like I'm watching an Agatha Christie mystery masterpiece. Totally recommend if you enjoy whodunnits and mystery anime in general.

Strengths:

2. Character Growth: Character development continues to be a strong focus, particularly for Atsushi and Akutagawa, who face personal challenges and growth. The characters' complexities are explored in greater detail, contributing to the overall narrative depth.

The way this anime is undeniably progressing from season to season is even kind of funny. Such progress is not usually seen in multi-season animes, and this is new to me! I couldn't connect much with the first two seasons... but look what a masterpiece I witnessed this season?! It is admirable that this anime shows the role and effect of the characters more than the previous season for the viewers. It makes us define our own assignment for most anime characters. Let's know which one we like and which one we don't like... and usually there is no character left that we don't have feelings for. And this is what this anime gave us through its seasons. And the story of this season was very strong and good, and the fact that the arc was still not finished by the end of the season is a positive point in my opinion. And now we are going to see the rest of this unexpected arc in the next season. Like season two and three, this season started with a flashback. And what better flashback than the one we were waiting for? The story of the past and the connection between Rampo and the head of the agency! It was fantastic. Rampo is definitely my favorite character after Dazai! Also Yusao-san's flashback (if I don't mistake her name) I mean Doctor of the Group... that flashback was officially God Tire... and luckily the main story arc this time in this season started very quickly and is really mysterious and interesting. I really did not expect so much potential in the anime's story in the early chapters. And finally... we come to scoring and measuring the criteria. The story was great... the characterization was again a significant improvement over the previous season. The voice acting is also as good as the previous season, although I think I enjoyed the opening and ending more and the famous voice actors of this anime did their job well as always. And finally, we saw the improvement of animation and graphics... Wow, I'm really looking forward to seeing the next season!!!

This season was a literal rollercoaster to me. I loved it. I've loved every season of Bungou Stray Dogs. Hoping for a season 5.
