If you enjoyed this twisted parody of the sudden girlfriend genre (or wanted to but didn't), then you should also try this even more twisted and in my opinion far more hilarious parody of the magical girl genre.

Like comedy? Like violence? Like Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan? Then it's highly likely that you'll enjoy Dai Mahou Touge. With comedic violence aplenty it's well worth checking out Punie, if you liked Dokuro.

Nicknames Nicknames says...

Like Dokuro-chan 2, Dai Mahou Touge is a short, twisted parody that relies on an excessive use of violence to make the viewers laugh. The main difference is that Dai Mahou Touge is not as gory as Dokuro-chan 2, but it still resorts to violence to contrast with the harmless and innocent appearance of the main character.

All in all, if you liked Dokuro-chan you'll definitel like Dai Mahou Touge too.

Over the top slapstick comedy violence is medicine to the soul. If you like this you will like its cousin that exhibits the same violent tendencies for your comedic pleasure.

The inconsistent, but inevitable horrors of Hinamizawa are told and retold becoming an endless and inescapable nightmare of insanity. Will it end even if the mystery of Hinamizawa is solved?

Both series have the blood, loli factor and crazyness, but one differs from another by a bit meaning they aren't same by the story and activites, but same by some details that are the main point of the series. If you liked one, you would like the other.

Pain, pain, pain and yet more pain, is just one of the recurring themes that dominate these anime. Certainly even the comedy is on similiar style with the protagonist frequently finding themselves dying or in incredibly embarassing situations. Either way, both will have you in fits of laughter.

Whether she is healing a rabbit-man’s broken leg, solving a murder case, or even battling a demon king, Tsukune-chan is sure to succeed in her own style, even if it means barbequing her familiar or whacking her foe in the head with a mallet! With her sister, Kokoro, whose sneezes cause massive explosions; Mr Mayor, who is often found goofing-off at her house; and Charlotte Flowers, her self-confessed rival, Tsukune-chan’s life is never dull, especially when you throw watermelon masters and mecha santas into the mix!

The humor in both series is crude and random and contains a lot of over the top, eccentric characters.

The main differences are that Dokuro-chan tries to have some sort of plot, wheras Tenshi no Drop has nothing going for it due to its meagre size. The other difference is that Dokuro-chan is gory and violent, while Tenshi no Drop is merely violent
