Well I told my self I would do a review this anime hits home rin the main character is some what me this might go on for a little bit sorry ;) well I sick  when I was born of corse I was the right candidate for satan and that’s why it hits to close to home I hade 360 dreams with him in it yes 360 that was only the beginning well back to the show 

story:

wow I have a lot to say the story is prefect probably the best part is when they give Mefisuto  a Xmas cake and they finally find out that birthday cakes are not the same as Xmas cake I die when I here them say that 

animation: I love it not that much I can say 

sound  in the English Version it sounds a bit off I watch it on a HD with a sound bar and it still sounds off anyway it’s good other than that

charcters: well I love it again nothing much to say 

overal: good NO ALLSOME

If you enjoy fantasy anime that also has good comedic touch, then you would probably really like this anime. The main characters are brothers, which instantly adds tension and comedy at the mere fact that everything is a competition with them. Rin Okumura is your typical bad boy outcast, who is actually a secret softie, which I personally enjoyed. He had that Naruto vibe, you know the one? The character that will beat your ass while making you contemplate life and all of the decisions you have made up until now? Yeah, that's the one. There was a bit of good gore mixed in, and a lot of really cool characters. Not all of them were instantly buddies with the son of satan, which I thought was cool! A lot of the friendships made throughout the anime had to be built up. The fight scenes were pretty cool, and the enemies were interesting too. A lot of them had nuetral thoughts on Earth and humans, which made the fights more complex because you really had to think about whose side you were on. It had a lot of episodes simply focused on the highschool element of the anime, which kept it really light and fun. It gently reminded you that all of these characters were still kids, which made the intense episodes even more intense. I would also like to mention that Rin is voiced by the same actor that does Eren Jaeger, so that was fun for me as well. Overall I would highly recommend this anime! It was easy to binge, not hard to keep up with, and fun in general!

*There might be some spoilers in this review.  I apologize in advance* I liked the anime in overall,  the exorcist against the Satan and the demons and everything,  but... The Gates of Hell shooting out the laser beams?  Seriously? The characters were hilarious and the anime was good. But I just couldn't cope with the story of The Mother/Satan relationship.  Even though I love fast paced story lines, the last few episodes passed by quickly.  Too quickly. And the Principal? Solo very much shady dude. Not like The Principal in the Vampire Knight.  That one was whimpy.

Okumura Rin is the typical male shounen lead. He is boisterous and not the sharpest tool in the shed. But what he lacks in intelligence, discipline and overall awkwardness he makes up for with his firey spirit and complete sincereity. It is also in some ways a typical "magic-shool" genre. But it has themes such as the importance of friendship, overcoming obstacles(no matter how impossible they seem), understanding others and giving life your all. It has an interesting group of characters. It kind of reminded me of Inuyasha in some ways. I felt like it could have used a second season. But I confused the OVA for a season 2, so DON'T DO THAT! But all in all, it was an enjoyable experience!

would have given the full 5 starts but s2 was trash and i hate it so much. i cnnot beleive thry did that to me . i wish i would have searched it up b4 watching it bc i fell in love with s1. the fakr ending, not s2 real ending. but still it was a really funny anime and i love it so much. i would reccomend watcing it but tbh just the first season. s2 not worthit uless you want to see 2 different endings.
