Amagi Brilliant Park: No Time to Take It Easy! - Reviews

I would have loved a second season of this show, but I guess an OVA is all we’ll get.

Story - 8/10

It’s Kanie’s birthday and instead of getting the chance to relax on his special day, he’s stuck trying to fix all the problems that have popped up around the park. There’s the broken air conditioner in his office to deal with, injuries and absences with the cast, and to top it off he can’t find a quiet place to do his work.

When the business day finally reaches its conclusion the workers of Amagi Brilliant Park throw a nice surprise party for their manager, with Sento delivering the biggest surprise of them all.

Animation - 6/10

Sound - 8/10

Characters - 7/10

Seeing this is just like the series itself, there is no noticeable change in any of the categories, and they even managed to highlight all the major characters in just one episode.

Overall - 7/10

I try to never rate a “Special” the same as a series, as it’s probably just an episode that got cut when their order number wasn’t what they expected, but this one was a nice complete story and deserves to come close to what the show itself was rated.
