With the help of mysterious Mutastones, the gang are able to perform a Super Mutation and transform into the powerful Super Turtles! However, the evil Shredder, Bebop and Rocksteady have their own dark Mutastone which allows them to similarly change into powerful foes. Along with their friend April and the wise Splinter, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will battle Shredder's gang and Krang, and even a long-dead ninja!

The year is 200X. Jin, Akira and Lena are three child hood friends who like mysterious things. One day in the library, along with the mysterious transfer student Ami, they find the "Akuma Compendium". They chanted an incantation in the book and, to their surprise, devils appeared. Ami then told Jin and Akira that they are the Devil Children that will decide the fate of the world. She hands them their Devil Risers. The group then pass through the "Door of Time" to the land of Valhalla where they fight an evil ruler known as Imperius who plans on conquering all of the world. The Nakama of Jin is Rand, a Sol Lion, and Akira's is Gale, a Hylon.

Ten years ago, Victoria Island's protector of peace and order, the World Tree, was destroyed, and humans were given the blame. Because of the tree's destruction, each of the five races - warriors, archers, magicians, thieves, and humans - moved to Maple Island, and have been enemies with each other ever since. Al is a young human who wants nothing more than to train and become stronger, and to do so, he disguises himself as a non-human to interact with the other races and learn their trades. Several years have passed since the world was saved from peril and Pietro Pakapuka is now the king of Popolocrois. Unlike himself, Pietro’s young son Pinon is far less adventurous and is fed up of being constantly compared to his father. One day Pinon follows a group of holy spirits into a small dragon shrine near the castle and whilst attempting to rescue a small creature, he finds his courage and defeats a large monster. Meanwhile, a mysterious dark presence is determined to capture and seal the powers all the holy spirits in order to envelop the world in darkness. It’s now up to Pinon to prove his worth as he works together with newfound friends Papuu, Luna, and Marco to protect the holy spirits and save the kingdom of Popolocrois.

In order to survive the eventual arrival of the "Dusk End," people of the western reaches of the "Land of Dusk" devoted their efforts to rediscover and recreate lost alchemic technologies. Those technologies were then gathered in the alchemy city known as "Central," where research was conducted on how to halt the advance of the twilight. Having learned the newest alchemic techniques in Central, young alchemist Logy requested a transfer to an understaffed town of Colseit on the frontier to make use of his abilities. There he meets Escha, an apprentice girl assigned to the Development Department. Together, the two make a promise to use their alchemic techniques to bring success to the Development Department.
