Both are fantasy titles that draw inspiration from the Alice In Wonderland novel. Both have magical girls as protags who can jump in or materialize objects from a dreamlike world and who oppose a villainous organization employing other such magical girls trying to stop them. Lots of action in both, although A&Z has more SoL episodes in comparison.
