Both of these shows are an oddball mix of genres. They both feature characters with varied superpowers and yet both of them aren't really an action or super power show. They're slice of life comedy. Both get a little heavy on occasion... Alice & Zoroku more than Hinamtsuri for sure but they're both still a comedy where nothing really happens at their heart.

Both shows feature a young girl with mysterious powers that is found and also begrudgingly taken in by an adult man. With one man being in the mafia, and the other bitter in his old age, neither one is prepared for the life changes that happen due to their adoption. Each girl starts out very emotionally shut off from others but thanks to their new parent figure, they open up and begin to enjoy themselves. Alice & Zouroku has more action elements at the beginning but both shows fit into slice of life genre by the halfway point, meaning if you enjoy the feeling of one show, the other should grip you as well.

K

He is even sought by Kuroh Yatogami, a knight of the former Colorless King sworn to slay any unworthy successor. Only, the subject of their struggle, "Shiro", is a nondescript young man living an unremarkable life in an island academy, and seems to have no recollection of killing anyone. To keep his life, Shiro must prove his innocence; but what is the truth behind his mysterious past, and what will be the outcome of this confrontation of Kings?

These two shows may seem completely different at the beginning, but these two actually share some elements. One of them being the superpower battles that Sana has against other characters which also play an important role in K.

Alice & Zouroku has more slice of life elements than K while K focuses more on the superpowers that the characters have.

Sana, the female lead, is also similar to a character present in K, Anna, as both of them look up to an adult, have titles related to red, (Sana being called the Red Queen and Anna being the Red Princess), both went through painful experiments to acquire their powers and both have the loli outfit style.

Both are fantasy titles that draw inspiration from the Alice In Wonderland novel. Both have magical girls as protags who can jump in or materialize objects from a dreamlike world and who oppose a villainous organization employing other such magical girls trying to stop them. Lots of action in both, although A&Z has more SoL episodes in comparison.

These two shows have similar vibes despite being quite different plotwise. Both feature flashy magical girl battles, SoL/comedy, as well as kinship-related themes. Matoi has more fanservice in comparison.

If you weren't a fan of the super-power related scenes but loved the relationship between Zouroku and Sana, I recommend checking out Barakamon. Its another show where an older "grumpy" man finds himself taking care of a young girl and their cute/funny relationship that grows.

But then one day, he receives an assignment like never before from the boss—babysitting his daughter! This is the heartwarming (or is it bloodcurdling?) story of a little girl and her yakuza caretaker!

Pandora Hearts

Pandora Hearts

On the eve of nobleman Oz Bezarius's fifteenth birthday, he and his loved ones gather to celebrate in a coming-of-age ceremony. But after Oz steps under a long-stopped clock and the hands finally move once more - thus fulfilling a mysterious prophecy - he is violently thrown into the legendary prison known as the Abyss by three cloaked intruders. Existing in another dimension, the Abyss is home to lifeforms born within its walls known as Chains; these beings can only live in the real world if they make contracts with humans, binding their power to the person's body. However, there's a catch - in time, the human will be overcome by the Chain's power and then thrown into the deepest level of the Abyss. When Oz wakes up in the Abyss he is quickly attacked by hungry Chains, only to be saved by one named Alice - a Chain who appeared just before he was thrown into the prison. Together, the two make a contract and return to the real world, where they are enlisted into the Pandora organization - a group researching both the Abyss and the trio that threw Oz into it.  Along with members of Pandora, the duo searches to find Alice's lost memory fragments that are scattered throughout the world, to discover the secrets of the Abyss, and to determine if there's a way their contract can be broken without killing either Oz or Alice.

They both have an Alice in Wonderland theme & Alice as 1 of the main characters & in both of them she is very powerful & came from a surreal world that other people can visit rarely.

There are other similarities but I won't mention them because they're spoilers. Pandora Hearts is much better but they're both good.
