These two simplistic shorts by Yoji Kuri have a kind of misogynistic air about them. They're both about women making unwanted advances or just pestering men that do not return their feelings. No doubt both present a deep insight into the human condition. Or maybe not. If you, for reasons unimaginable, liked one of them, the other will surely please you. And if you didn't, why not be a little masochistic and watch the other one anyway?

Both are short films made by Yoji Kuri. Both have similar themes and the same (horrible) art style and character designs. Ai is somewhat better than Human Zoo since it actually has a plot of sorts. Still, if you (somehow) liked one of these shorts, then you may like the other one.

Both of these are shorts by Yoji Kuri. Neither of them make a whole lot of sense (though Ai has a little more plot than Human Zoo). Both of them take a rather abstract look at the relationship between man and woman. And both are done in the same, simplistic art style.
