Both Ai Yori Aoshi and Ah! My Goddess are incredibly sweet romanctic series. If you're a sucker for that kind of thing, then you'll certainly like both series. Not to mention the nice comedic elements contained in both series.

Both series are about a couple that must over come many obstacles for their love. Both femals leads are girls that are just too good to be true for the male leads. They will do anything for the ones that they love. If you liked one you'll like the other.

Ai Yori Aoshi and Ah My Goddess Flights of Fancy are very similar in the fact that both have a very strong herem (one guy, many girls) layout. The main couples in both anime are always trying to have some time alone and/or trying to get together. But for one thing or another there's always something getting in their way. They're both quite a tease (AMG being the bigger tease imo) but if you like one, I'm sure you'll love the other.

Romance and relationships - that's the main idea in both Please Teacher and AMG: Flights of Fancy. A young boy in trouble, a beautiful girl appearing from the skies to help, her weird and noisy relatives and the uneasy life of a loving couple. Unforgettable moments guaranteed!

freakzilla freakzilla says...

Please Teacher and Ah My Goddess TV 2 share a few things that make them worth recommending for each other. By using an alienated girl, by it an alien or a goddess, a special flow is created providing both humour and romance. With a very shy guy it's obvious the humour gains the upperhand quite a few times, yet without turning things into a drama the romance is still present and worth watching!

Did someone call for an angel?

Just like in Ah My Goddess, a unfortunate man receives help from above in Happy World. If you are looking for some romance between a human and an angel, even when it proves hard for the man, then Happy World would suit you.

School Rumble and Ah My Goddess TV 2 are quite alike. Not only are they both very ressembling for the romantic comedy genre, they both deal with it in a similar way. Comedy is used more than romance, but the romance aspect is not neglected as much as in most anime of the genre. Another thing is that there are also plenty of misunderstandings and missed chances, yet the mood never gets despressing.

Ok, change the setting, make it the main man knows how he feels about the leading female... everything seems perfect right? Role in Tsubasa Chronicle and Sakura's memories being thrown about into other dimensions.

Where as Keiichi had doubts about his relationship, Syaoran doesn't except that to help the one he loves, he must sacrifice Sakura's memories of him...

Both Chobits and Ah! My Goddess have a clueless, yet caring male lead character who, for one reason or another, ends up living with his dream woman. There's just one catch, she's not human! The guy in both Chobits and AMG: FoF slowly grows an actual relationship with this girl and tries to learn her some things about the customs in this world, all while trying to dodge "bullets" from multiple directions to prevent the girl to be taken away. All in all, Chobits has a strikingly similar premise to this show. If you liked AMG for these aspects, make sure to give Chobits a shot!
