TL;DR - As someone who likes the light novel, this anime does not do justice. The manga is better than the anime too, although it also has its share of problems. But neither holds a candle to the original light novel. The animation quality is mostly mediocre, which is fine, but what kills it is the bad directing, pacing, and terrible CG. It feels cheap and amateurish. Voice acting is fine, can't really judge how good or bad it is because the directing and pacing are a joke so even though the voice actors themselves are good, conversations always seem stilted, especially during combat scenes or when people are confronting each other. OP/ED are nothing to write home about. Because the pacing and directing are bad, you have these scenes where there's combat or confrontation, but there's just half a second too long of a pause between people speaking, or transitioning between combat and speaking (you know how people like to throw out comments mid-fight). The most obvious example of this was in episode 11, the invasion of the magic tower was just... dumb. It was so bad. You must watch it to believe it. The story itself is very interesting and that potential is ruined in this adaptation. Very disappointed.

written after watching the initial 7 episodes Its been ages since i have written any review for an ongoing anime. i am a big fan of the original webtoon and was surprised that it got an anime adaption.  Looks like more and more webtoons are getting adapted these. Well coming to the anime, i thought i would never be those fellows that always complain on how the manga is better but here i am. I have the say that the pacing of the anime is too damn slow. Like even series which have 700+ episodes are not dragged this much. Like its so sad to see them kill the potential with the story. The story is somehting that i like. A story where the MC goes back to the past by chance and has the oppurtunity to chnage the present to have a safe future. The characters are all great but the story is so slow that i dont they will give time to develop their characters. So i would reccomend reading the ource material rather than watching this

Well, how to explain this anime: Very nice plot and story really rushed through. If you read even a few chapters of manga after watching one or two episode you will know what I mean.  The director make the anime a dumb fast paced version of the original manga so if you have read them in past you will feel it dishonest + trash but if you just watrch the anime its still quite good. But honestly the manga is far better!
