The premise of both of these anime's is very similar.  Both B Gata H Kei and 30-sai no Hoken Taiiku humorously deal with the journey of a man or woman losing their virginity to another.  They both have many silly parts and are full of ecchi without being too over-the-top and still find a way to be warm, funny anime's regardless of their plot line.   They also share a similar brand of humor in regards to silly sexual encounters.

If you enjoyed 30-Sai's naughty humour in seeing a man and a woman have difficulty forming a relationship, then I recommend the superior B Gata H Kei, which is a funnier, ecchier show all round, with a chibi sex-spirit for good measure.

These series each are comedy driven romances that focus around people trying to lose their virginity. Each series has its fair share of bathroom humor and misunderstandings throughout, making them a good fit.

When the goal is to lose your virginity, how do you begin? 30-sai and B Gata H Kei both revolve humorously around this question, with plenty of ecchi humor and a few touching moments which remind us that it isn't always all about sex.

Both animes feature off the wall charaters and awkward atmosphere, but they also introduce the idea of a sex god helping the protagonists along with sex and love. Both are cute and funny and show similiar drawing styles as well.

Ebichu

Ebichu

Does it seem like a dream? Then picture what life would be like if anybody who calls your house gets to know the contents of your underwear drawer! If you can’t imagine what rodents and ecchi have to do with each other, then enter the life of the hamster Ebichu, her sexy master, and the good-for-nothing boyfriend Kaishounachi, and see why a talking hamster can be such a bother!

Yes, Ebichu is about a hamster, but it's still a more satisfying ecchi comedy than 30-Sai...

Both of these series contain a sort of off-humor focused on 20/30 somethings, about with sexual inuendo/inappropriateness... good laughs and a good time.

A clear recommendation for each other, 30-sai and Futari Ecchi were both created to teach the older/inexperienced Japanese male how to deal with women and relationships. Though Futari Ecchi takes a more serious approach as opposed to 30-sai's, these two shows have the same goal in mind...

Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei

Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei

Life is simply not worth living for down and out school teacher Itoshiki Nozomu. He has no hope of progress, no prospect of promotion, no chance at happiness… he is in despair! Even his name spells 'zetsubou' – 'despair', when compressed. But when the time comes to end it all, Itoshiki's attempted suicide on the first day of the new school year is foiled by relentlessly positive Fuura Kafuka. This saves Itoshiki long enough to meet his new class, and the quirky range of students under his care. Will Itoshiki Nozomu depress his students with his anguish? Or will Fuura show Zetsubou-sensei the joys of life and hope?

Both shows are very funny and contain a sort of off-beat humor. While SZS might not share the sexual humor, the fast pace and the racyness of the comments do make this show more appropriate for older audiances.

I am not sure as to why these two shows feel so similar. Some people are trying to get a couple together (whether it be parents or demons). They are light-hearted with a bit of ecchi. Quick and fun watches.
