The term short does not suffice to describe the length of this anime. Although that by itself shouldn't mean anything, this anime would feel more like a message than any kind of story telling.
If you watch this a couple times, you might find details of a story underneath, otherwise the value of this anime is not found within the story but the way of telling it. Although I would love to mark it as non-existant, there is a story there and the author is not letting me know about it in detail. The idea is almost moving. So:
Simple, very simple, yet enough for the concept, *almost* moving.
Simple, yet awesome, fits perfectly. *ALMOST* moving
No character development whatsoever.
30 more seconds, only 30 (in the right direction), and this could have jumped from 'almost' to 'quite'. Yet the best recomendation I can give to you is to watch it, its only 1:28 long (as in, 1 minute 28 seconds) and it coul be life changing to someone; might be the spark they need to run out of their house and tell him/her not to go.
