I can recommend Eden of the East which we watched at my place, the first parts are a little vague but after that it's amazing it's a amazing story if you ask me.
And I think you would really like FLCL I am serious about both you should really check them out, these are small animes but really great!Eden of the East has 11 episodes and FLCL only 7 put it on the want to watch list or download it straight away, it's worth your time mate. ^.^
I am now watching FLCL, I have seen two episodes and it's really great!Oops.. I wasted a little bit of my time which I could of spended watching the 3rd episode!BYE ^_^
