Hi,

I am Austrian, however living in Paris for 5 years now. I have always been watching anime, since I discovered The Rose of Versailles when I was 9 years old. This anime changed the course of my life - it might sound strange, but since I saw it, I always dreamt of moving to Paris (at least for some time) - and this is what happened 10 years later although it wasn't seriously planed...

I rediscovered animes again 3 years ago. Watching with subtitles changes the whole feeling. Also, thanks to all these amazing fansubs, I was able to discover anime that I would not have been able to see otherwise.

What I love with anime is not only the story but also the music. As in Japan animation movies are almost more important than real cinema, the music composed for an anime is often just as breathtaking as an Oscar-worthy movie score!! (So please don't wonder when I mention the music in my recommendations :)

By the way, the principle of the website is great! Thank you very much!
