Everything about this show sounds like it should be terrible...But its actually really good. Its sort of part of the wave of post-isekai in that it uses isekai tropes but without the fundamental stranded in another world aspects.  It doesn't really try to do anything too wacky with the basic formula- dungeons appear in the real world and random (?) people have RPG powers to be able to fight the monsters within; necessary to gain valuable resources and stop the monsters from invading our world.
