I will usually only watch anime with a rating of 3.0+ with a few exceptions depending on reviews and such.
Watching = I'm currently watching at least one episode per week, or if its a on-going anime and it only releases new episodes every two weeks or something like that I will put it in this category.
Stalled = I plan to watch it but i do not have enough drive to watch it. It could also be a slow release anime like Bakemonogatari or Katanagatari.
Dropped = I don't ever plan on watching these titles again, But a day may come that i suddenly want to watch one of them. And also includes titles which i watched as a child, But did not complete and will not complete.
Wont watch = Well i don't use it because it makes me filter out a bunch of useless titles which i never plan to watch anyway, but i do have a 'wont watch' list under this.
Anime scale:
Interest (Are you watching this anime non-stop within the first few days of each episode being released? Or are you waiting to watch it? Do you look forward to it every week?)
Annoying almost anime killing things (Is there anything in this anime that is particularily annoying? Annoying chars, actions, etc.)
Would you recommend this anime? or would you just say that its not the best anime?

I like to watch anime, but I don't have enough time to watch too many anime more than once, but I have watched single episodes several times over from certain anime, but i never kept track so I have no idea which ones I've watched more than once, unless I've watched enough episodes to know for sure that I watched it.

I guess, but none of them started with any bad intentions, and all 3 of them did things that got way out of hand over time. And mass murder is still worse than cheating on girls, especially when all bar one of them are vindictive bitches. (With only Kotonoha not being one, but she has worse problems.) People, myself included, like Light/Lelouch infinately better because they're more charismatic. (As opposed to Makato who's awkward as fuck.)
Plus Code Geass/Death Note don't go into as much detail about the potential 1000's of lives they ruined, where School Days does. (With the 2+ girls). So his actions are likely to elicit more of an emotional response. Light is in my top 10 characters ever, and Lelouch would probably be in my top 20. Makato on the other hand I don't even consider worth a love on this site, he wouldn't be in my top 500 if I ever made one. But at the same time I don't really hate him either. I disliked his awkwardness at the start more than his actions at the end, though. If he was more charismatic, I would probably like him as a character.
Another example would be Izaya, another character in my top 10. Ruins peoples lives and drives them to suicide, all for the lulz. Loved by the community, because he's charismatic. (And good looking.)

I came across your profile through one of your blogs. I just had to tell you that I really enjoy the "Tuturu" video impeded in your "about me." I don't know why it makes me so happy; it just does. I've watched it several times, and laughed each time. So simple, yet so wonderful. It instills joy in my day. I'm glad you came across it and shared it. I now know what video to turn to when I'm feeling down.
So, um yeah... I guess that's it. :)
