I've been watching anime for years now! I started back in the early Toonami days on Cartoon Network with shows like Sailor Moon and Dragonball Z. Over the years I've expanded my collection and database. I'm always looking for interesting new series...

I tend to watch mostly Subbed Anime rather then Dubbed due to inconsistencies in the content, butchering of names, horrible voice acting, etc… I started off with dubbed anime, but now any English dubbed anime goes under strict criticism before I could ever watch it. After watching anime Subbed it's hard to go back. Plus most of the anime I tend to watch are not even close to being licensed here in the US!

Ratings:

5 – It's A Masterpiece!

4.5 – Amazing, Now that’s something I would recommend watching!

4 – Awesome, It definitely stands out compared to others!

3.5 - Good stuff, worth watching, just not something to freak over!

3 - Not bad, worth watching, nothing special though!

2.5 – I don't know if it was worth watching. It’s kind of a toss up!

2 – Well that sucked… I think I can remember a couple funny parts!

1/1.5 – People actually spent time creating this? Not worth my time!

My anime list stats and uses:

Watched: It really speaks for it self but, this means I've seen the entire series.

Watching: Either, That I'm currently watching it or planning on continuing it soon.

Want to Watch: These are anime that either I was told I would like it and I want to check it out or by it's description it sounded good and I need to look up more information about it before I decide to watch it.

Stalled: I became disinterested in the show at the time, but I still would like to finish it some time in the future.

Dropped: I watched at least 3 episodes and it showed no promise nor did anyone I know say anything good about it!

Won't Watch: I heard about it, Read about it, or viewed clips from it… and I decided; It’s Crap

Wow, after reading your bio and how Dragon Ball Changed my life blog its seems that we are quite similar. Growing up on Toonami, DBZ, Sailor Moon, etc..

Dragon Ball Z is still probably my favorite anime to this day because of how it has shaped me and my life. Nice to hear how someone has had a similar experience!

Sweet Avatar, good old toonami its a shame they got rid of it :(

I remember watching Sailor Moon and DBZ too, also caught glimpses of episodes of Gundam Wing, Fullmental alchemist and Inyuansha. But for those ones I only say like an ep or like 5mins of the episode.
