In regards to Ichiban...

The ecchi itself isn't terribly offensive, since it's more traditional ecchi harem than anything else--Akuto hangs out and looks overwhelmed while girls' clothes vaporize in his vicinity. I also have to remember to not use "oujo-sama" so expansively within earshot of a fetishist. Etou is a delightful, lusty, and arrogant school-idol-cum-black-wizard who finds her panties melting at the possibility of using Akuto to further her goals. She's less of a boob-grabber and more of a "kind of enjoys it when all she gets raped by all the girls in the school" (this happens, it's fucking hilarious). However, you should remember that Aki Toyosaki has a prominent role in the series BEING HERSELF (which you won't like).

Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed Ichiban immensely, but if you're looking for Shizuka Itou to save a show you're not terribly interested in, look somewhere else. Ichiban is about Korone and Peter(motherfucking)hausen.
