You can call me Mira. I'm eighteen and I live in Ireland. (✿◠‿◠)
I'm obsessed with all things Japanese. I want to move to Tokyo and become a translator/photographer when I'm older. I started watching anime when I was twelve and it's thanks to anime that I know what I want to do in life (and yes, I realize that may sound a bit pathetic). (ღ˘⌣˘ღ) ♫･*:.｡. .｡.:*･
I began to love Japanese culture and language because of anime so I guess, if I'm successful in life, I'll owe it all to anime. Which I think is both hilarious and amazing. =(^-^)=
The first anime I ever watched was Angel Beats (technically, it's Spirited Away because I've been watching that since I was a kid, but I mean anime series ~not including Pokemon or Yu Gi Oh! which I used to watch when I was a kid and didn't know what anime was). ☆ﾐ(o*･ω･)ﾉ
Some of my favourite anime that will forever have a special place in my heart are: Inuyasha, Elfen Lied, Another, Clannad, Gintama, AnoHana, Blood+, Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun, Deadman Wonderland, Shiki, Nana, Bakemonogatari, Death Note, Akatsuki no Yona, Eden of the East, Inu x Boku SS, Lucky Star, Mirai Nikki, Tokyo Ghoul, Sukitte ii na Yo, Kokoro Connect, Ouran Highschool Host Club, Gatchaman Crowds, Diabolik Lovers, Zankyou no Terror and Vampire Knight. (/^-^)/*
Live for today, but look forward to tomorrow, and don't forget to smile, because, in the end, everything will be fine.
I love that quote so much, I hope to some day get a tattoo of it.
There's a lot of anime tattoos that I hope to get, come to think of it. Especially of characters from Studio Ghibli. Haku from Spirited Away in his dragon form, for example. I don't care if people don't like me getting anime tattoos and I'm aware that it can be perceived as strange and/or 'nerdy,' but oh well.
You can add me on My Anime List if you like, and feel free to recommend/discuss anime with me! （＠＾▽＾＠)
