I don't really know what to put here so I'll just add whatever.

So I been watching anime since I was young; however, around 2006 or 2005 , I have a crap memory, I started getting more into anime. I recently took a break from anime but now I'm starting back.

I'm a really laid back person and like to chill I'm always up for watching some new anime that I haven't seen or heard of before, main reason I'm here. I really wasn't going to participate much when I first decided to join the site but for some reason I couldn't help myself.

Oh yeah and as you can see some of my personal information maybe vague but that's mainly because I'm paranoid.

I like all types of anime, pretty much open to all genres but I do prefer the slower more relaxing ones or something that makes me think. The more unique the better!

Since you can't tell what my top 5 are from looking at profiles yet I decided to list them here temporarily, might actually end up making a top 10 list.

Kino's Journey

Pale Cocoon

Diary of Tortov Roddle

I don't know what else to put so I guess I might put some more info later.

I saw your top five. You like a couple of the same shows I really liked. Kino no Tabi and Pale Cocoon and Comedy. They were great and one of my favorites... ^_^

I had my anime rated here once; just that I wiped out my list to re-organize, and I got lazy to rate afterwards.  And here, I don't usually show people my other list.  You're only the 2nd person. But anyway, I will probably rate them here soon.  Lots of love for Anime-Planet~!

Oh, Fantastic Children is just a masterpiece!  First impression, it's easy to think it looks boring and child-like due to the opening sequence and character designs.  I really didn't know what to expect; I only picked it up because the Befort Children (kids with white hair) reminded me of "Children of the Corn."  But what I got was a very unique, brilliant anime to watch.  It's nothing like the overrated look-alikes that are being released in large numbers these days.  Fantastic Children is on the scifi and fantasy side.  I'll tell you more about it if there are specifics you wish to know. =)

Oh! That's because I have another anime list where I rate the series I watched.  I was hesitant to post this link here because I in no way want to advertise the site here, but I'll just show it to you so you can see how I rated my anime.  Just click on "Completed" at the top.

The reason why I won't watch Lucky Star is because I have a poor sense of humor,  and I only find boredom in plotless, random comedy anime.  There's always someone who says, "Oh, but you'll LAUGH at this!" And it never works.  It didn't work with Excel Saga, and it didn't work with The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya or Minami-ke.  Anime like that just drain my energy I'd highly prefer watching something else. I guess I'm a sore thumb, but I just can't watch those kind of anime. xD  I've tried though.

There are some exceptions..but it depends.. ><

How come you dropped Ergo Proxy?  The reviews for it might not seem that great, but it sure looks awesome.  It's on-hold for me, but the animation and scifi-ness alone makes me wanna finish the anime.
