I really hope this is the final one. It was, frankly, painful for me to finish, and I liked the first season. As the Shakugan no Shana universe has moved through time, the story has really gotten out of control and ceased to have any sense until the final episode, when it only made some sense and then everyone forgave each other. Because that's realistic. The mangaka probably spent more time creating fantastic names for the Flame Hazes than he did writing the story, and then went, "Derp, I actually have to write an ending now." I was not impressed.
