Well, Ive just started studying at Uni this month and am having a blast. My subjects are Japanese and Education, which are really awesome. I guess anime is why I started learning Japanese, and thus am now doing it at Uni, but isn't the only reason why I learn it (there are MANY cool things about Japan!)

But, yeah... I am an anime nut with a capital 'N', but love manga too.

My fav anime is Naruto because Shino is awesomely awesome in every awesomely awesome way.

I guess the genres of anime i USUALLY get stuck into is either comedy with a hint of romance, such as Fruits Basket or Ouran High School (which, in my oppinion, are two of the best animes out there... ) but then again there are exceptions, such as Naruto and Death Note. The other thing about anime, it has to have a decent plotline (unless this anime is called Azumanga Daioh) such as Death Note.

Apart from anime, I also love reading books that are centered around Japan, particularly autobiographies, making AMV's (a couple are on Youtube: http://uk.youtube.com/Lonewolf4evr) and playing Video games, especially RPG's like Final Fantasy, Breath of Fire, Star Ocean and Fire Emblem (which is the best game in the history of gaming).

I also love Japanese music, such as Utada Hikaru, FictionJunction YUUKA, Orange Range, Nobodyknows+, Ayumi Hamasaki and Alice Nine, which all rule.
