I'm an english student and I'm still not sure what I want to do with it. You might notice that I change my sig a lot. I get bored with it pretty fast, and I like variety. I also like to make my own.

As for Coraline, I loved the book. It is written by my favorite living author. The movie was a cool adaptation. The director took about as much liberty as the director of Stardust so that makes two Neil Gaiman books turned movies that stray from their source material. In theaters, I saw it in 3D and I am sort of curious about how the included glasses work out with various televisions. I think the inclusion of the boy on the bike took away from Coraline's perceived strength a bit but at the same time, the movie is not told from inside the protagonist's head so it needed someone for her to speak with when she wanders about with no parents.

I have indeed read some of Fairy Tail. For awhile, there were no scanlations of Rave and I had seen Fairy Tail at Walden Books. It was acceptable that the main characters (with the exception of Happy) look like and play the same roles as their Rave counterparts but it was simply appalling to see Plue crossover for no adequately explained reason. Talk about not letting your most famous work go. I wish the Rave Master anime had gone farther than 51 episodes but it must not have been popular enough. It was a fairly faithful adaptation of the manga that managed to keep the optimistic attitude. Oh well. Maybe Fairy Tail will fare better.

Hello! I just wanted to thank you sooo much for your Nodame sig. background that I found. I'm using it now. :)

Also, I appreciate your comment on my La Corda review! I never intended for you to drop it, of course, but yeah, I don't really think there would be anything going for you if you decided to continue... They don't tell you who wins and they don't tell you who she ends up with either! haha

By the way, I'm reading Persuasion now, but I'm making very little headway, admittedly... Though I did love Memoirs of a Geisha and The Bell Jar. Go English majors!
