This is a poorly written hentai pretending to be an anime. After the creepy baby stuff in episode 6 I dropped it.

Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki is one of the dearest anime to me, being the first ever romance anime I watched when I really got into it. I watched the first season back in 2021 when it was airing and it was absolute peak. Now, the second season drops having me as hyped as ever. The episodes go on smoothly and they don't have you checking every two minutes how much it's got left. It's just a simple yet compelling story. Or so it was, until the very end.

While lacking substance, Solo Leveling's greatest strength is its fight scenes. Everything else feels very low in strength in comparison. With the main character just randomly becoming a completely different person, mixed with cool fight scenes, it makes for a decent action anime, but not much else aside from that. Starting out with what I like most, is honestly just the fight scenes. They're so colorful and well-animated that they're probably some of the best fight scenes I've watched. SOOOOO SLOW! Some episodes are great & get a lot done, then others take like 4 episodes for them to finish something. Feels like being in stop & go traffic. The pacing of this anime is ridiculous.

Just a cinematic MASTERPIECE. Overall my favorite anime for so many different reasons. The start of the anime had me hooked instantly and how the story played out was AMAZING. Zero Two is top 10 characters of all time for me because her role in the story is crucial to how good the anime was. The fighting scenes had me hype every time and the battles they fought were so good. This whole story enough to make a grown man cry fr.

Was an interesting start, but feels like it became a "mystery of the week" kind of plot, there is some mystery & she is asked to solve it. Sadly this style tends to have very little character growth & gets boring. As of episode 17 it feels like it has lost some of the fun & interestingness it had in the rear palace.

Although I do not gravitate towards such genres, it is easy to see why Frieren got to be loved by so many watchers. The fantasy genre had suffered for many years, since such anime were usually lackluster videogame adaptations that were just going over the events of the game with no care for pacing or character appeal. The premise of this show sounded really fun. There were good hints of a decent plot and comedy setups to be unfurled whilst flashing a healthy amount of fan service.  I made that mistake once before with the dog anime. I won't make it again. As the adaptation of the sequel series to this manga series, I cannot stop feeling sick from this. I am disgusted from how much this series has gone downhill from almost everything. This series goes too far with it's over-the-top fan service and amps up the mean-spirited anime tropes to the point of being even more unbearable. What's worse is that character and plot development is absolutely minimal here and the more unsympathetic ones get more focus, while the more likable ones get rendered as almost background characters. This anime holds no appeal for what it seeks to be, people rate it and give it acclaim for what it's not. But all of the concepts and ideas that the anime explores are not new or original, this anime is essentially flavor of the month and will fall behind to be forgotten as it is not a true treasure of time, it is merely a novelty of the moment by contrast. There's no need to watch it outside of maintaining relevancy with what's currently popular.

This one has an OK story, but it's overall not really good quality and then they did that creepy thing that I wished was long wiped from anime in episode 11. Misogyny. One-sided sexualisation and objectification of female characters, non-consensual intimate touching (between women doesn't make that BS more acceptable AND no damn woman behaves like male creeps and touches boobs without consent, damn it!). I saw alot of people hating on this one so even though I dont do reviews I felt like I had to back it up. Although I dislike that there are no male witches(warlocks) it's still a great anime. The story may be a bit confusing of who the boy actually is at first but they explained it pretty well. The art style and sounds were great just felt like they needed more bass. I couldn't help but binge it sense I'm a sucker for a kill them all revenge story. This shows technically a show where the MC is OP there are so many plot holes, but I'm not gonna spoil it and if you're reading this for the romance, you see on any platform it's a lie, romance or love in the show is technically jail is basically just pervy/abuser/sexual assault/grape people overuse their abilities to get what they want(technically half of the Love stories) also, what's relevant is how the story just kept coming back-and-forth with back stories like I understand. I love this series more than oxygen. 

This series has been one of my favorites of all the anime I have watched since I started to watch anime a number of years ago.  They did a wonderful job with this Sword Oratoria of linking it with the parent story of this series.  They used very little of the parent story, just enough to key you into the timeline while they follow the two MCs of this anime throughout the entire season.  This follows the Loki familia and Ais and Lefiya as the MCs of this season.  This continues the theme as does all the seasons of overcoming all odds, being self aware, striving to better oneself... Studio Shaft’s 2014 adaptation of one of Nisio Isin’s Monogatari-universe light novels is pretty much like all the others. Dull and pretentious. (We recall having dropped one of the other anime after about five minutes.) The adaptations are baffling and very little actually happens. They focus is on the seemingly pointless and nonsensical dialogue between a small number of eccentric supernatural characters. I rarely make reviews but this series is insanely good, the transformation of the main character is reflected at perfection and the progression of the main story is reckless it never stops, the series was really not telegraphed you couldn't guess whats their next moves, this increases the thriller and mystery or even more making it impossible to not continue watching till the end, the last time I felt watching something like this was Hunter X Hunter the nostalgia chills have been awaken a bit.

Yep, the story plot isn't its strongest point. But it's a bit underrated due to the Ecchi content and religious lines. It follows the perspective of gamers, which I find interesting. I wanted to like this, but I don't think there were much effort put into the story direction. It still excels with its pretty artstyle and nice sound quality, but the story direction feels like it's a downgrade and I think that's just disappointing to see that this show haven't really improved. This anime could've actually been something if the main character wouldn't be your typical, boring, basic mc who for some reason is loved by every girl he talks to. The main character's personality either felt really forced or just bland throughout the first 4 episodes, after that I just stopped watching the series because of him. The opinions are split, and personally I think it is a cheaper version of the anime Overlord. But it still has some good humor here and there. If you ACTUALLY read that this anime may contain scene of sexual abuse you are prepared and aren't surprised by the one or two scenes. It is an adult anime that's for sure. It is also very slow progressing. But it is still worth a try. I enjoyed it after all and it's finished in one day if you need more Isekai-Themed animes.  Note: Elfes are cool.

I peronally believe that the story is the most important part of an anime regarding a total review. Some vague spoilers, but really more of a summary. To start this is a school arc, our MC is a teacher, rather than student.

What is hard, is getting past both "hero" episodes 2 & 3. Our MC main story line takes a backseat to what most of us won't give a sh!t about. But it is what it is.

I wish I was a skilled writer just to pour my heart and soul into writing a great reccomendation for tgcf, because I just know that anyone who reads tgcf will love it. Hua Cheng and Xie Lian are the defintion or closest example of true love. Absolutely everything about them is so perfect, and I've never felt incomplete since I first came across tgcf. Let me begin by stating this; I don't write reviews, because i don't usually feel the urge to.  However I don't think this anime deserves the amount of hate that it's recieving in the reviews. Yes it is extremely violent, graphic, bloody and abusive and if you check the warnings on here it tells you that. Heck, the first half of the first episode tells you that with its content. If you're someone who dislikes detached, flat-affect, flat personality characters, you may not like it because that is the main character. So far, the plot seems to be all about the character development so liking the characters will be the main draw to it. The development is setting up to be her going from detached and apathetic to realizing that she does have relationships she values. Something has to have been lost in translation. The main character alternates between being rude and conceited, and nice. By episode 4, she witnesses abuse and people dying (not natural deaths)  but does absolutely nothing and acts like both are acceptable and cheerful. It is really disconcerting. This anime wasn't any good. The story was boring and the characters came off as flat. Though the art style and animation quality was pretty good - though some of the designs (such as the Doorway Girl, Butterfly, Five of Spades) could have been done much better. Honetly, coming from someone that has watched anime for over 10 years this is a very good anime with a good story line. The story really grips you in the first episode. I have mixed feelings about this movie. Although the concept of the story is beautiful and touching, I feel that the movie didn't live up to its potential, and it left me wanting more. The movie has received positive feedback for its important message on bullying, which sheds light on the issue and provides a different perspective. It's not really a movie, it's more like a pilot episode for a series, it is really short even for animated film, I don't get it why didn't they just made part 1 and 2 one long movie? And that would be better move imo because not much really happens here, it's literally just first act of the whole movie, but it is actually a full movie. Don't sleep on this. I was incredibly moved and shed tears many times. Some things are cookie cutter but honestly this anime was a breath of fresh air I didn't know I needed. Plot was well paced and the outcomes felt rewarding. With the way it has ended it seems unlikely another season will air but if it does it would be a victory lap instead of a struggle.  Also slimes are justice!

That being that the 12 episodes are all actually connected and just make one long episode. Other than that it's a little bit of hot spring talk with a bunch of tits. Best girl won. Nuff said!

Anything that features cooking and food always attracts so this show was right up my alley. Side note, the food they are preparing do not have the typical ingredients but all ingredient-adjacent to real life food for example, an insect type looking lobster is cooked as such, and another snake-headed chicken is roasted like a chicken.  One of the unique food items they did were the jewel bugs which they made kebabs/crispy on a stick type of food.  We had those mollusk type monsters turned ala oysters.  They all became very delicious.  As we go to each episode, I am looking forward... This is my favourite This is the first bl I've ever seen and it changed my life. It's very short but it has everything, it's so intense and delicate and sweet and perfect... The music makes it even more beautiful. It's a masterpiece and every time I see it I fall in love with it and his characters again and again. Studio Satelight’s 2019 fantasy adventure is so lamentably bad it looks like a kids cartoon from 1978. Seriously. Who greenlighted this nonsense at the studio? It is nothing short of a pile-up of completely unoriginal ideas rubbing shoulders with some cliches whilst a bunch of stereotypes chew the scenery. This is one of the best SHOWS I've ever watched. This is peak on another level. From the animation to the story down to the characters everything is perfect. The foreshadowing is AMAZING and on it is the epitome of Goated. I have already watched this multiple times and everything is still just that amazing.  This anime is HEAVILY UNDERATED and I 10000% recommend you watch this. So, this was my first ever anime, so i grew emotionally attached to it, but i tried to make an honest review. I forced myslef to watch it second time, but not like that i hate it, for me it was really, like really sad anime.

This is one of those animes without a single bad episode 👌! Watching this makes me want to try and continue the games I left off. The characters are all super likeable and the VA are amazing!! At first I thought the "secret" about the game was that the developers or the workers of the game company got sucked into the game but towards the end we'll see that its not that? I dont know whats the big secret of the SLF world and looking forward to seeing them unveil and discover everything.  Can't wait for the next episode!!

It was kind of nice and fun (though not great) until the creepy ecchi tropes started. And we've got minors here and main cast are all female and it's a damn slice-of-life so what the hell is wrong with those creators. It ruined she show for me and I dropped it. I'm sick of misogynistic stuff. And sometimes it's "bad enough" (bad women's anatomy and gear design) but then there's stuff like this that is just creepy and out of context.

Watched this on my day off and could not recommend this enough!  I, too, am obsessed with cute things, therefore, this anime was wonderful for that reason, first and foremost. Secondly, I, too, work for an evil organization, so what could've been better than watching a villain try to relax after a week of working hard to bring harm to humanity, I felt right at home. Joking! I do have to point out, it was super cute how obviously sweet the MC was.

Anime adaptation of Korean web comics series, which has been no. 1 “manga” on the site for a while. What makes the series popular are fighting scenes at least as far as the anime is concerned. Practically finished so it's safe to review now: Chained Soldier has an "interesting" concept - that of having the male protagonist (in this case, Yuuki Wakura) become slave to a female demon-hunting soldier corps. This is my own personal opinion, but for people who don't like a calm story with no critical conflict, this one is definitely not for you. Some people find this beautiful, and I agree, the character, personality, the internal conflicts, as well as the journey to find oneself is a great characterization, but the story is too bland, the conflict is just a calm man vs self with not much action. This isn't for me, so I'm rating it low, as they say, you can't please everyone, and I'm one of the people who isn't satisfied, but if you're fine with a calm story, then this one you might like.

He cant feel love and his actions are only logical, so if someone doesnt like these types of mcs, it could feel un comfortable. Fairly cliche starting plot, made good by a) how autistic the main character is and b) how much she doesn't give a crap about the romance parts of the romance game. Some parts of the story feel like they were there because they felt they were needed to be - yumiella's girl friend, for instance, who adds very little to this season. There are no badly written characters.  When you watch the 2nd season a long time after the 1st, you're not able to connect the dotes. There are some references to the previous season and also timeline changes.  The story is very unique. The MC is super OP but still he trains and gets more OP. Fun show! I am isekai trash so that does weigh into my opinion but this show was very enjoyable to watch. It's about somebody who's basically an SCP that can instantly kill people. He ends up in another world with his classmates and they are basically entered into kind of a death game in order to create powerful individuals known as Sages. The plot is a bit above average for this genre, the animation and soundtrack are average. But this show is very funny and personally I enjoyed watching it.

The story is getting deeper and deeper by the episode. The Animation has good rhythm. The sound is amazing. I love the closing and opening music. Characters are great, but the character build is slow which is a part of what makes this anime good, and what makes it so disappointing considering how little of the manga is being released in the anime by the end of season 1.

This was an interesting perspective for a romance anime.  I liked the idea of the overbearing MC who constantly went too far with his affection for Aika to finally give it up and behave himself.  As for the title of the realist... I found this movie very boring and I was just waiting for it to end somehow. The animation is good but the plot is garbage. The movie is geared toward children I think, very unrealistic and tries to exacerbate emotional scenes, which isn't always good. This movie's writing is poor. I really wouldn't recommend wasting your time watching this. 

The characters, sound, and animation are fine the only problem I have is that its kind of boring. It wish it had more of a plot if that makes sense. 

Ima be frank - the manhwa is great, probably even better! BUT... this is a very very good adaptation, puts previous adaptations of manhwa to shame... to be honest! I get why some people are not happy with the plot and also why a majority of people like it. As for the people who don't like the plot, it's a little all over the place but the stories are kinda meant to be this way and with little but notable details I suppose. So, you can watch it just for wasting your time or maybe to clear up your mind aafter watching something extremely dark like that chimera episode from Fullmetal Alchemist( fuck that dad, I would have fucking killed him if possible). As someone who enjoyed the manga (#2 in my books) and read the later half of the novel. I'm a bit dissapointed with the anime adaption. The anime seems to emphasize more on the fights and just drop some of the story for a faster pace. Quite a bit of the ambience/mood is dropped so the most impactful moments in the story are just glanced over and seem like everyday happenings. The animation is good and all but it just doesn't have the flair of the manga which is everything for a top quality story. It's quite like "So I'm a Spider, So What?" in that the MC gets stronger by absorbing and always gets an ability that happens to be handy at the next boss. It's really nice to see a shoujo getting such a good adaptation. Do I think the story is the most well-written? No. But is it done well? Certainly. The animes gives a light-hearted, sweet romance story between Yuki and Itsumoi. They have a healthy relationship, they both care about each other, it can be refreshing. Jujutsu Kaisen is in the same category for me as demon slayer, both very well carried by the animation. That's also why the overall score is 6.5/10 and not like 4/10. For me it did not save the show as I had to drop it. The only reason why I didn't give characters 1/10 but 2/10 is Sukuna as he was the only character I tried to watch it for. The baseball thing was the end for me, I just couldn't continue it anymore. The first season of the anime made me curious and wanted to continue watching until the end of all the seasons. Unfortunately, the seasons that followed the first did not cause me the same enthusiasm. If you start to get bored at any point after season 1, I recommend that you don't push yourself and waste time continuing to watch. The ending is okay, but I got the feeling that they didn't know how to follow the anime at a good pace. The anime as a first season is fine, but after that season everything gets muddied, with some enjoyable moments but it's not worth watching until the end.

To be honest, I just didn't see the appeal. This anime uses some very overused concepts and doesn't even "re-master" them properly. While I did enjoy the anime, Tengoku Daimakyou in my opinion did things much better. This anime, conceptually appears to not only be unoriginal, but also rather flawed and unrealistic. What should be happening is these kids should be getting KILLED OFF. And yet conveniently nothing happens that actually ends them all. I've got to go against the grain here. I understand this is an incredibly popular series but personally, I don't see how it could be considered incredible let alone one of the all time greats. The story feels incredibly driven by coincidence. At 21 episodes in we don't even have an idea of who the emperor is, who the antagonist is, what Maomao wants in life (or anyone else), and the whole show just coasts along as a result. I really like it. It's so sweet, and light hearted. It's the humorous take on being reborn as a villainous without all the cringe from second hand embarrassment. Also, Patrick is a darling and I love him. Same with the MC, I just want to wrap her up in a blanket and cuddle her, she's so misunderstood. 😔

***SPOILERS*** The manga is SOOOOO much better. They skipped so much in the anime. Because of "other animes" I skipped waiting for the anime & went to the manga. But I can't see the anime matching the pace of the manga. As of chapter 68 of the manga he is cities away and fighting for his life against a dragon kin. No way they cover that distance in 3 episodes. Not to mention that the current episodes are like chapter 50 in the manga. They just did 2 epiosde of content that shouldn't come up for a long time.

Overall this was a solid anime, friendly for a beginner to watch to get into anime and leaves off in a pretty good place. The ending is satisfying enough that you're not begging for a season two, but good enough that you'd hope there is one if they decide to make one.  My only issue is how insanely over powered the main character. It's not like he has this rare one of kind power. It's an average power, but he's so powerful that not even normal people in his category of magic can no a fraction of what he can. The main character is an evil villain, but on his days off he's his casual self where he spends his time just going about life, being sweet to others and loving pandas. In my opinion, this show is harry potter, the school, the clothes, everything in this show is harry potter. It is nice to see a harry potter anime. But the characters are kinda annoying. The story isn't really good, and animation is alright but it's  not good I don't recommend 

There's being kind and then there's being a doormat and when someone has left you to die twice its far past time to stop being a doormat. These characters make little sense in their reactions. Every female accepts the murderous violent tendencies of every male around them and demands no punishment or judgement.  It's infuriating.  Plays out like a self insert fanfic beyond that.  In the words of happy Gilmore  Dear sugar apple fairy tale,  Everyone in this room is now dumber for having watched it. I don´t want to spoil anything, first episodes were good, but when L showed up as a person, it became psychologic game only about "if he do this, i could do this and this and das". First anime I have ever watched, and maybe last. I hope I will not fall into this trap. I I fell, i would escape,. because I can parkour very well. If you say I wont escape, I will. :)

I kinda like it at the first few episodes. But, when the MC falls head over heels to the girl and goes crazy at the last episode, nah. I watched it expecting more on the action part not the romance, bruh. It's really disappointing. My expectations on this anime was really high when I decided to watch this.

Absolutely sick production wasted on lame sex comedy, but it’s nice to see sex scenes in an anime that are both explicit and consensual.

I'm generally surprised that there hasn't been a review yet, so I thought I would write one myself lol.  From what I remember, this has been an ongoing project for years, and I was not disappointed with the outcome. Each story is better than the last one (although episode 5 was the better one, in my opinion). They are long-ish episodes, but each of them grips you as soon as the episode starts so it feels like a normal '24 minute' anime. That's my first time ever to cry to an anime or even a film,

The animation and designs were really good. I like how they showed how big the facts/questions stated hit the other party in the court room where the other almost fell over. I didn't care for some of the prosecutors as they were only worried about convicting people, not for finding out the truth, especially the one with the 40 year streak.

Only deducting one point from the 10 because there is *some* material in the manga that adds a lot of nuance to the characters and story that is glossed over or cut entirely in the anime without adding in new material to supplement the losses. The music, animation, and voice acting add a lot to the magic so I would still recommend reading both the anime and the manga if you love this series. I LOVE YOU DUNGEON MESHI!!!!

This anime surprised me. I do not usually enjoy these kind of animes but I wanted to give this a try and it did not disappoint. I really liekd Tanya's character despite her not being as I had originaly thought she would be like. I thought she would be much more evil than this, but after watching all 12 episodes I did kind of realize why she is the way she is. She is kind of calm despite the situation she is in. It's pretty much the same thing I came up with when I finished reading the manwha, but to an even bigger degree when watching the anime. I'm not sure if it's because it's my second time with the story or if it's just more pronounced with the anime. I guess its best arcs are coming up in the next season, so it should hit its peak then, and we will see how it goes. Even more so because it has the type of gyaru that I love the most—super nice, bubbly, energetic, and a bit flirty—but still gets embarrassed easily. Fuyuki was perfect, and she was the MC, so it makes it even better. Even past the gyaru angle It’s a nice little romance story with some laughs. It also has the bonus of being in Hokkaido, which you don’t get to see much of in other anime. It's definitely worth a watch if you like gyaru, maybe a little less if you don’t. 7/10

This anime is truly exceptional. From the first episode, I was hooked and it's a shame that it's not longer. I have only watched the 1 ep, and I still haven't recovered from it, it's been more than half a year, and I am still not mentally prepared to continue watching this, I probably won't be for a while.

It's labelled a side story aka a filler arch. It reeks of it. If you've watched filler archs, I think you know what I mean. It lacks drive, energy and is forgettable. The characters you're already familiar with feel like propped up cardboard cutouts of themselves. This arch is connected to the movie released the year before Visions of Coleus.
