Sarcastic little freakchild who adores midnight skies, black coffee and kittycats.. ^.^ Unhealthily addicted to music, tumblr, anime and diet coke. I adore alt-fashion, cosplay and anything cute or strange.. my hair frequently changes colour and I constantly want more piercings. I'm a feminist.
I'm currently a college student, hoping to continue studying Psychology at university in the near future. I prefer cats to most things, find strange things to be beautiful and am most awake at night.

Music
Music is my morphine. I’m into Metal(core), Screamo, Rock, Alternative, Deathcore, Post-hardcore and Gothic / Industrial. I occasionally listen to J-rock/J-pop, (some) Indie, New Wave and certain pop artists.. my taste is a little eclectic.
Favourites (currently) include Bring Me the Horizon, Emilie Autumn, Within Temptation, Marina & the Diamonds, La Dispute, Taking Back Sunday, Panic! At the Disco, The Birthday Massacre, Fall Out Boy, Delain and Trivium.. amongst a mix of others..
I've been to a fair handful of concerts.. you'll probably find me in the mosh pit! My favourites so far have been Bring Me the Horizon (w/ Pierce the Veil), La Dispute and You Me at Six (w/ Mayday Parade + Kids in Glass Houses) ^.^ I have seen my idol, Emilie Autumn, three times.. and each of those occasions is precious to me.

Anime
Although I had a strong adoration for Pokemon from the age of 5/6, I've been seriously into anime for a few years.. my first series was Karin and my favourite genres are fantasy and horror. I like tsundere and yandere.. however I'm not into sports or most 'comedy' series, and romance doesn't really interest me. I have a soft spot for magical girl anime also~ girl power ^.~
My favourite series to date are Evangelion, Elfen Lied, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Another and Strawberry Panic. My favourite characters are Homura Akemi, Asuka Langley Soryu, Kaede Tachibana, Shizuma Hanazono and Mei Misaki..
I like going to conventions + usually cosplay to them.. I'm hoping to cosplay as Asuka or Homura in the future :]

Hello! Just leaving comments for folks who used to have twitter accounts linked to let you know about the new/much better version of the feature: https://www.anime-planet.com/forum/showthread.php?t=197818
\r\nWe had to remove all previous twitter setups to activate the feature, so you may have noticed a 'lost twitter badge'. To re-set it up, just go to 'edit profile' and use the new 'sign in with twitter' button. Once you do, you can also opt-in (it's opt-out by default!) to automatically tweet when you do stuff on the site, like mark anime or add recommendations. If you just 'sign in' without opting in to any settings, it'll be just like before, and your feed will once again show on your profile homepage :)
