There's lots of good ecchi to recommend!

The Kiss x sis OVAs have great fanservice and are way better than the TV show

If you like Ecchi with action I think Queen's Blade or Dance In The Vampire Bund are great shows.

If you prefer comedy there's Ladies Versus Butlers! , Kyou no Go no Ni or Kampfer to recommend.

The Pinacle of Big Breast service is probably Seikon no Qwaser followed closely by Manyuu Hiken-chou

If it's lolis you want to see, look no father than Kodomo no Jikan

My personal favourite harem/ecchi show is Nisemonogatari, but this one is also heavy on dialogue and definitely not for everyone. You also pretty much have to get through the prequel Bakemonogatari, which is even more crazy XD
