 I always wondered about the guys in the gym who are huge and FAT - they say they are in the bulking phase... They never seem to get off of it though. That used to be my excuse for not being shredded and super lean - I would say that I am bulking up. Reality was that I hated cardio and never got lean.

Anyway, hope this post helped. Go HIIT, go!! ;-)
