Ah ye, the list is a pain to fill out correctly when you get here for the first time :P
I see you already figured out how to mark anime as Watching, Watched etc, so the only thing I could point you to is the meta list, containing every anime entry on the site :P Not really useful if the list of things you've watched so far is relatively small, but it can be useful if you have a larger list.
