Sweet top 5!
Hi again! Thanks for your comment!
Hmm....favourite themes in manga....well I haven't read any yet, but when I do, I'd love to get into:
Something that's immersive and epic. And of course great characters and great storyline goes without saying. hehe Something with twists and turns and a great page turner!
Other types of manga I would enjoy would be ones that make me laugh and have great comedic elements to it.
As for genre, it doesn't really matter, as long as it's immersive or funny. hehe
Any suggestions?
Hi noone - thanks for your response. :-)
Yeah, I'm a night owl too - and definitely *not* a morning person. hehe
So my discovery of anime has made it so I definitely find it even more difficult to get out of bed in the morning, since I watch late into the night. lol
Yep, Samurai Champloo is awesome. I love the first episode the best so far. hehe Classic. Took me a while to get used to the OP music though! lol
I want to get into manga now too - so with that, along with dvd boxsets - I think I'm gonna be poor! lol
See you in the forums sometime! :-)
Hi noone!
Just came across your profile and thought I'd say hi!
I don't see too many people in their early 30s (like me!) on the forum, so I just had to add a comment. hehe
You've sure watched ALOT of anime. I'm quite new, so I've got a lot of catching up to do to reach okatu status. I read your introductory post - don't be shy! Come onto the forum once in a while - hehehe.
Cheers,
Sandbar
