By review I assume you mean a synopsis and screenshots? (I call those "entries", since we have full r eviews on the site too ^_^) if so, low res is fine! My saying is always "low res is better than no res!" hehe

Oh, on the contrary, I make an effort to see bad anime as well as good -- you can't have light without shadow and vice-versa. If I seem selective, it's because the Anime-Planet database is still far from complete. I've seen hundreds of anime that aren't in the database, yet.
