Although I had friends at school that watched lots of anime, I never really got into it at that time. I watched Akira and Ghost in the Shell which I really liked, but I could not imagine that I would ever like anime series. I never tried.

In the middle of my university time, someone recommended "Serial Experiments Lain". I heard of that anime often before so I decided to give it a try. And I was totally blown away!! I could not imagine that I could be sucked into and be so deeply moved by a story like that.

Since then I have watched lots of anime films and series and I am continuously looking for new stuff which is why I am here! :-)
