Hello, everyone! My name's Marissa and I'm happy to be here. As a kid, I grew up on DBZ, among other titles. I became more interested in anime about a year ago, when I watched parts of KGNE. Since then, I've been hooked. Now I love anime, especially anime that is romantic. I'm also a fan of shoujo manga, as you can see from my avatar.

Iwill let you know when I finish it but I really really don;t want to, it is so good I don't want it to be over!
Awwww, thanks a lot!!! ^_^
I am actually watching La corda D'Oro right now (I saw it on your top 5!) I am totally lovin' it!!!!!
I would really recommend Ayashi no Ceres and Fushigi Yugi, have you seen Fruits Basket??? It is really cute!!!
Yay for a filled out profile! ^_^ Oh man, romance! Do go over to algelic's profile immediately and leave her a comment that you are into it ;) that's her specialty for sure and she'd probably have some personal recommendations for you! :D
OneiChan did the moderation part of the rec mod process, and I'm doing the editing atm ;) so I'll mirror the "great recs" comment! They are not too long and not too short, but say exactly what a reader would need. Good job! I'll probably watch some of these after seeing your recs, as I really like realistic romances.
PS: now just fill out your profile! ^_^
Thanks! ^_^
Glad you found the review helpful! =)
I tried to be extra cautious with how I worded the review, which ended up making it sound a little off from what I had intended, but it still got the point across, I think. Though the the ending was very mildly spoiled for me going in, I still found it quite shocking too, and I wanted to make sure others got the proper experience going in as well.
If you haven't already seen it, I'd suggest giving Myself; Yourself a once-through as well. Though not as morbid as School Days, it follows a similar pattern, and if you liked one you're sure to like the other.
