School Days
This is a weird choice of anime for me to watch willingly, because I'm usually not into romance-based storylines. The reason I did watch it, though, is because the reviews I read told that it wasn't your typical romance series, and it has one HELL of an ending. I'm here to tell you that those reviews are right. I was actually surprised how much I got into the storyline for the first half of the series. As I said, I don't normally like romance plots but I found this one to be particularly engaging. Spirited Away
This is the movie that introduced me to the world of Miyazaki, and pretty much all anime. That's reason enough, I think, to call it my favourite anime movie, but I shall go into more detail in this review.The story is weird, imaginative and absolutely amazing. It starts off as the simple story of a little girl moving to a new neighbourhood, but things turn quite complex as her and her parents stumble upon a spirit world.
