My name is Lindsay and I really like dark and psychological animes. I believe that if main characters don't die, it's not worth watching! I will also watch pretty much anything that Yuki Kajiura-sama did the soundtrack for - Noir, Madlax, El Cazador de la Bruja, .hack//SIGN, Kara no Kyoukai, I've even played the Xenosaga games for her!

Oh, and I'm also anti-Americanization of animes. I may live in the US, but I think we need to keep titles the way they are - Mai-HiME is NOT My-HiME - and honorifics and cultural phrases (itadakimasu) need to stay! That's why I watch fansubs - because some of those groups will keep these aspects in. Very very few official translations will do this.

Hello!  sothis is redesigning the anime-planet site, and plans to roll out an awesome new site design in July, we believe. The blog feature is not part of the new design, and it is going away.  More information about this here:  Announcement: the blog feature is being deprecatedtopic link.  (Be sure to check out the new site design when it goes live!)

The blog pages are going away, and will be gone when the site redesign goes live. Your blog here will be removed from the site.

So, if want to keep the information posted in your blog, you will need to copy this information someplace else on the site. If you have any questions how or where to do this, please feel free to get back to me, and I will try to assist.

Hey Lindsay, just ran across your blog/review and am curious, do you do many reviews? I'm always on the lookout for scouting new site reviewers and think you have potential. I can see a few things that would be good improvements to work on as a writer (ie, tightening up some sections, making sure the spelling/grammar stuff is in check, etc) but overall I like your creative flow and style.

So while I can't promise anything, I'd be interested in seeing a few other reviews in site review format (ie, the same sections we have up in the reviews in /reviews/); at minimum, some of the site reviewers could give you some good improvement feedback or general tips and things they like :)
