You totally put me on the spot! LOL! I checked my list and if you want some action with a little twist of comedy then try out Black Butler. It wasn't my favorite but it's decent enough. I really like Samurai Champloo. Not much comedy but the story and individual episodes are sweet. Your first priority should really be to finish Inuyasha. It is so worth it! I see from your list that you have watch Rurouni Kenshin. It is a must for a growing Otaku to watch to OVA's. They are a quite violent, but the animation is highly stylized and beautiful.
