All about that animu (and games, and movies, and books), tho.

We don't know each other, so it might be really weird, but I decided to come and say hi!
In fact, even though I haven't watched (but I'll get to it one day) most of your favourite anime yet, it seems like we have relatively similar tastes. So I thought it could be interesting to come talk to you!
Another reason is that I'm really impressed by the regularity of your anime scores! I've been praised before for the normal distribution mine seem to follow, but yours are pretty cool too!
No double post this time! Horray!
Yay! Over an hour is very impressive! Idk, it could have been interesting to have to get creative! Probably for the best that you didn't though...
Oh, I think I remember that. Not very well, but I remember something like that happenning! Such a shame they left it out of the movie... I love riddles, they're so much fun!
No, I haven't read anything else by her. Although hasn't she only got one other book out? And the new HP book that she said she wouldn't write.
That's so annoying! I don't remember the bottle scene though! I read them quite a while ago...
Haha, I guess I'll have to read the book to find out!
Oh wow! That's a long power outage! Good luck getting the power back on. Hopefully it'll be in time for class! You could always incorporate it into the class! Get some torches and read some spooky short stories!
By the way, you've started adding two posts each time you reply. Not sure why, just thought I should let you know ^^
Of course not all adaptations of books are bad, but no matter how good they are they'll never quite match my imagination. I'm quite protective of my interpretations of books. Actually, HP is one of the few exceptions to the rule. I still prefer the books, but the movies were pretty good too. I came to those pretty late as well, so I got to read them all in one go without having to wait for the next one to come out ^^
Partials looks very good, and if it's fast paced then even better! Question: why did the partials make a virus that tens of thousands of people were immune to? That seems like quite a big flaw.
To be honest I'm not really sure I was aware of Twilight until the movies came out. At that point I only read the books, and being the lovely little innocent child that I was, I read them as vampire books, and almost completely disregarded the romance side. They were pretty average as vampire books, but I enjoyed them pretty much the whole way through. The movies completely ruined it for me, which is why I've vowed never to watch the movie of a book I've read and vice versa.
We need more decent sci fi over here. I love sci fi, but every book I've read that was sci fi has been so slow. I have absolutely no patience, so reading that sort of thing is horrible for me. Why does everyone assume that if a book is super thick it's going to be better than a thin book? Sure, it's not always the case, but I've picked up so many books were the plot doesn't even start until halfway through the book.
