Rewatching: Saikano and RahXephon.
And since I'm here... hi ^^ I use too many emotes, and pretty much everything else in my life is also done in excess.

Sounds impressive but really isn't that much, it's been around 1,5k titles and roughly 7 months of anime time watched: 5 months in 11/12 which I admit was a bit insane and 2 months in 12/13 because of full time university :-/ You are still way ahead in anime time watched, impressive :D
Not sure how to feel about Ghibli without Miyazaki, I never was a Takahaka fan-boy but I asume he will retire aswell after his upcoming movie. If Miyazaki's new movie is as bad as Ponyo I might take the stance that it's good that a generation change occours. I really enjoy the latest film of Goro, so I guess they could still produce good movies. Miyazaki is a legend though, probably can never be surpassed ^^
I am a PA Works fanboy XD, while I enjoyed last seasons "The ecentric family", this is probably their best work since Hanasaku Iroha. I loved it from the first minutes, beautiful animation, cute girls and sweet romance, what more could you hope for? So far this is the anime I most enjoy this season ;-)
what do you like about it and what are your picks this season?
It probably looks like I picked my currently watching series by choosing random shows blindfolded, doesn't it? I have a horrible habit of downloading shows on a whim and then being forced to watch them later so I can download new series. My backlog is pretty impressive, I must say. I just added all of this season's shows that I'm watching. I picked up way too many, as usual. It's nice to actually have series to look forward to, for a change. Other than Uchouten Kazoku, none of the series last season held my interest for long.
My love for anime also dwindled for a time (mostly over the summer), but thankfully this season has piqued my interest again. You should pick up Gundam Build Fighters, if you haven't already. I initially rejected the show as an outright gunpla commercial (as opposed to other Gundamseries which are thinly-veiled gunpla commercials), but it's actually quite enjoyable, with well-choreographed fights and a good soundtrack. Totally makes up for AGE.
How have you been? Seen anything I should check out?
Im watching stuff too this season. Too much though lol. Might trim it down a bit in the next few weeks. Speaking of next few weeks.... got the big FE exam coming up... I cant wait for that to be over; then i can concentrate on my 90p group report for senior design! yay!! lol
What are you liking? As for me, my top 5 are Kill la Kill, Beyond the Boundary, Unbreakable Machine Doll, Outbreak Company, and Strike the Blood. Mostly eh this season, but better than last season. I suspect maybe 1 or 2 at 4 stars or above by the end, but i see most are 3s.
Sup Jualseta! As to what am i doing nowadays? Well that is pretyt much working and starting the new Gundam Series. Besides that not much lml. Wbu dude?
Well, I'm bored most of the time, so it's not really the bed of roses. Right now I signed up for English and Italian course so I can get my international diplomas. For future sake. It will look good in my files. :3 I took one year of psychology, but I realised that it's not something I'd like to do, so now I'll hopefuly swith to pedagogy.
As for this season I'm puting Kill la Kill (3.5/5)as my no. 1. It's just insane mess, but wonderful mess. It's all the goodness from old Gainax put into one, a mixture of FLCL and TTGL. It's quite self aware and to-the-point, and I enjoy it for what it is.
My second would be Beyond the Boundary (3/5), which is your usual KyotoAni moe, but this time with really dull, stereotipical story that's already overused, and we even have few more of those in this season. It looks gorgeus and it's fun, but that's my only reason...
3. Coppelion (2.5/5) - I like the background art and still hope that it will transit into something better than it is now.
4. Log Horizon (2.5/5) - it looks like a SAO spin off, but it's doing some things way better than SAO did. And narrative just feels 10 times more naturalin comparison.
5. Samurai Flamenco (2/5)- I don't know what to think of this yet, but episode 1 was so dull that it became hard to watch it after 10 minutes. I liked the music, though.
6. Diabolik Lovers (0.5/5) - it's maybe the worst anime I've ever saw, but me and DTAB club have a tendency of watching the shittiest of them all to please our inner masochists. It's basicaly a otome game adaptation... rape fest... doucheville... whatever.
