Attack on Titan
Love this anime! It starts off kind of slow so you need to wait until the 5th or so episode before you decide if you want to stop watching. If you do keep going you will not be disappointed. The story is rich in character development, to the point where you actually find yourself rooting for everyone at some point, even if you hate the characters actions. There is an honesty and purety in how real issues of life are dealt with which makes me truly enjoy this anime. I really enjoyed this anime. At times I found myself so afraid I had to turn down the volume and turn on a light in order to keep watching. It is not your typical "horror" anime, but more so one that just creeps you out and keeps you guessing at each twist and turn of the story.
