I have no idea how you found this page but welcome! 
I started watching anime around 6 and I didn't know it at the time but it would become a hobby of mine. Anime is just awesome and I love it! Besides Japanese culture, I love all cultures. I hope to travel a lot like my father did and see the world from multiple perspectives.
I usually rate an anime based on what it is, such as the theme or genre. I watch anime based on the mood I am in or based on the artwork. Other times I just watch anime out of boredom. Some anime I will watch because of recommendations but I normally find myself picking anime based on the early plot or characters. High rated animes usually grab my attention. ﾞ（ﾟ､ ｡ ７
I play multiple online games on teh PC and Xbox LIVE. One of the awesome games I play is Vindictus. User on Vindictus is Yuudai. Go to vindictus.nexon.net for more information on the game. The other MMO I play is Mabinogi. My user for that is iWarHero. I don't go on that often anymore since my computer doesn't like the game anymore. I also play Ougon Musou Kyoku, a Umineko no Naku Koro Ni doujin fighting game. I got quite good at it. I play on WEST server of Vindictus and MARI server of Mabinogi. Both my MMO games are based in North America and are completely free. I highly recommend playing Vindictus!
I play games not just for fun but for the story. An exception to this would be Shadow Run, which is an awesome Xbox LIVE game. Vindictus and especially Mabinogi has a great and rich story. If it were a book I would buy it in a heartbeat. The Force Unleashed had a good short tale as well. If you want to add me on Steam my user is iWarHero. I love symbolism in stories as much as I love anime. Symbolism gives the story depth, conveys feelings, and can be appericated so much more. An example would be the short story, By the Waters of Babylon. A story that can teach is always worth reading.
Also a cat is fine too.

I approve except for the grainy-ness, I also hav a solid new Misaka ava in my backpocket (we'll see if I decide to pull it out). So do u actually watch stuff or just make gifs for ur avas lol?

Lol, the funny thing is I also hav a tendency to do that catch-up thing when a new season comes out.
I don't really know what sort of recs I should give u since I don't really know exactly what kind of shows u like. Do u usually watch ongoing stuff or not so much? I know some people don't.
