i think i found something you might like.. I'm currently watching it (@ ep 4) but i think its right up your alley. Future Diary 12 eps plus 1 OVA. I'm getting really into it.. Theres a lot gonig on so, story wise that I'm really diggin. Check it out and tell me what you think.
oh, i also started watching guilty crown.. so far its ok. One of the main characters reminds me of Rei from Evangelion. I've only seen the 1st two eps but i thought I'd give you a heads up since I noticed you liked Rei.
I have a question.. you have you're location on your profile that you currently living in shibuya, tokyo? Is that true? If it is thats pretty cool. You probably know more about anime then me.
I'm glad you like Phantom. I was blown away by the ending (btw it had the same effect on me too, I was really bummed out for couple of days).. I remember just replaying the last 5 mins cause it was such a shock. But, I completely agree with how it ends since the ending theme of the song was named "Karma".. and I theres a saying, "if you live by the sword you die by the sword." It only makes since thats how it would end even though you kinda wished that they lived happily ever after.
I hope you like the rest of my recommendations.. You'll defenitely get the same kind of reaction with Katanagatari. The last fight scene still gives me goosebumps.. its so well done and completely brillant.. Cheeriooooo!!!! (you'll understand that when you see it).
I'm going to start watching texhnolyze soon.. Oh i just notice you want to see Angel Beats.. Thats another really good one. I dont cry when i watch sad animes or movies but I did when i saw angel beats.. It starts off kinda silly and you think its a comedy but towards the end theres a really heartbreaking moment. AB left an impression with me and I loved the score/ost/music. Check that out if you have the time.

steins; gate (i didnt think i was going to like it but after i started watching it i really got into it. the main character is weird but you'll eventualy come to like him so be patient. I actually thought my friend punk'd me into watching it.)
phantom-requiem (I recommending this based off your high rating Darker than Black.. I love Darker than Black and I hope they continue the anime. Phantom isnt as good as darker than black but i really liked it. Dont read too much into it, dont research since it one of those animes that has "impact" ending.. Most people who liked Darker than Black liked Phantom)
baka to test (theres 2 seasons it complete nonsense but its hilarious!!! I'm currently watching the 2nd season right now and i'm laughing so much. Dude, its great! It doesnt having a deep storyline but if you're looking for something fun to watch then i fully recommend this anime)
eureka seven (I've watched hundreds of anime and Eureka 7 is by far the best anime i've ever seen! Its rated 1 in my list and i think everybody should see it. It has rommance, comedy, action, and great soundtrack. Most people either love it or hate.. The main character is kinda of annoying at the beginning but he'll grows up at the end)..
I just finished Katanagatari (the animation is weird but kinda cool, the best last action fight scene you'll ever see! The ending is completely perfect!).. its great! If you're into my action then you gotta see Break Blade (mechas, action, instense fighting scenes, with a little bit of rommance sprinked in).
if wanna see something with more drama/rommance then you should watch Sky with a Rising Half-Moon.
