I'm making a list of manga that I've read that isn't on this site. At least these are the ones I can remember.....
1. Kingyo Sou
2. Saint Young Men
3. Men Kou
4. Sarashi Asobi
I'll add more if I can think of them.
These are pretty good series too; especially Saint Young Men. It's a comedy about Buddha and Jesus, who after reaching enlightenment and spending their afterlife in heaven together with God, decide to room together in modern day Japan. Hilarity ensues.
There are also many manga series of which I've read that don't have synopses written for them yet. That might be a fun project too!

I requested for all 3 to be added to the database, I would've checked the ALT title searches because I think 1 is in the database under a different title. But just look for the follow-up to this post.
The manga section is much newer than the main anime site, so there are still plenty of titles missing. But there is a team of mods who are constantly adding new titles. Don't be shy to use the link Tyranid provided to request any manga not on the site.
Also, Saint Young Men is already on the site; it's just listed under it's Japanese name: http://www.anime-planet.com/manga/saint-oniisan
