It from very late on in the Hellsing manga, some awesome guy decided to colour it in :D
Also, they're steadily animating the manga as OVA's called Hellsing Ultimate, they should reach the sceen in the pic in the next couple of episodes :D
Give watching/reading Hellsing a go, it's major win.
