Thank you for asking me! ^.^ That arc with the clock hands is only a filler episode. You can just skip that arc if you don't like it, it has nothing to do with the plotline. The next arc is so much better, but I don't want to spoil it for you. I kinda agree with the Natsu thing, but after the filler arc is over and the real story starts again, I'm pretty sure he get quite a bit stronger.
The anime has ended and they're going to make a sequel in 2014, so you might wanna read the manga if you wan't to know what happens :) By the way Kurama is so cute in your avatar!!
