Macross 7: The Galaxy is Calling Me is the worst macross installment. The only thing that is good about this movie is it isn't real movie length of 2 hours. It was only 30 minutes and my brain hurt through all those minutes. The child that was introduced in this movie was one of the most annoying little brats I have seen in anime. He also brought a weird pervertedness to the movie that was very out of place and awkward.

Adds nothing new to the series so you won't miss much if you skip it. And believe me you should skip it.
