cassiesheepgirl is chii*
So, if you're reading this then you have somehow managed to stumble upon my profile; I would congratulate you but well, I'm not particularly exciting! Anyway, thank you for coming to say hello and I shall attempt to make your next couple of minutes reading this as painless as possible.
I'm Cassie and I’m from Britland - the land of tea, big red buses and sarcasm. I graduated from uni with a BA (hons) in Animation Arts, so I can sympathise with just how much work goes into animation.
As you can probably guess from my list, I love anime. I’ve been hooked for about seven years now after a friend of mine recommended Le Portrait de Petit Cossette, and I’ve never looked back. I am a complete and unashamed Ghibli fangirl, to the point where even writing my third year dissertation on the female roles in Miyazaki’s films hasn’t put me off!
When it comes to my tastes in anime, I generally tend to like comedy series the most, from the spastically random to the gentle slice of life. If you can get some dark humour in there then I’m as happy as a pig in… well you get my drift – I suspect that my love for Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei is because I’m actually a bit warped.
I also love manga, though that’s a slightly newer obsession of mine, and one that my bank balance heartily hates me for. I’m also a bit of a film buff, and now my bedroom looks like a mini-branch of HMV with racks and piles of DVDs everywhere. I enjoy playing video games as well, my favourite being Okami – that game is just too beautiful for words.
Anyway, I should probably wrap this up since basically I've run out of vaguely interesting things to say about myself. Feel free to say hello, I don't bite (much), and I'm happy to answer any questions that you have (well, except from you, yeah you, the perv in the corner!).

Heylo,
Just read your Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 Review. Does it share a lot in common with Grave of Fireflies? I felt like crap for two weeks after that so I dont particulary want to go into work miserable :)
Good to see another avid ghibli fan, I've watched them all too :)
Toodles.
Since you like video games so much, might I recommend the highly underrated virtua fighter anime? It beats out most videogame anime - and really, fighting anime in general - simply because it remembers to never take itself too seriously. Plus, the cast was well developed and fun to watch.
Ah, I see. Didn't realise the feed didn't differentiate between all the various lists. I'd say you should watch Koi Kaze though - it's definitely one of those series that's different enough that it's worth investing the time in it (even though the whole concept is slightly off-putting).
Hey cassie, how have you managed to un-watch things? (Feeds are fun, aren't they? :D)
Thanks for the warm welcome! I think I'll be ok getting the hang of things, but I wont be afraid to ask for a hand if I need.
