Looked over your list, the only show other than CCS that I might suggest against is Air. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't...good lol. If you've got nothing else you wanna watch then go for it, but Kanon is a much better sad anime girls show that I would suggest instead of it.
Watch Yakitate! Japan ASAP, funniest anime I've ever seen ;)
Lemme know if you want any other suggestions, just about every anime on my list I'd suggest for one reason or another, unless I have it rated really low :P
