Hmm..I'm not really sure what the problem is. I just tried viewing the signatures in the forum with Firefox and I could see them all. Have you tried using Internet Explorer or a different browser to see if you could see them?
You said that you dont see the custum signatures on the forum pages. Strange... I can see them so maybe you must contact an admin or someone else of the staff about it. Or install firefox if you dont have it already.

Oh... Another thing. Maybe do this problem thing over MSN or something like that. Goes quicker and you will have an imediat ( Wrote it wrong. I know ) responce.
