Life is short, why watch bad anime?
When they first put a white lion cub running on television followed by a cool guy in an even cooler car, I was hooked. Look where it's at now. Amazing. The first anime I ever saw was Alakazam the Great when I was a child. I still remember it even now.
Just a note about how I rate anime. I pretty much start at 3 as average. If something is interesting, turns out I'm wanting to see more of it, get caught up in the story, then I tend to give a higher rating. Story, artistic look, sound are all part of it.
I don't have a lot lower than 3 because I find if something isn't working I will give it a low rating and drop the series pretty fast. I'm also pretty leniant but if something is too in my face with fan service yet is lacking in story and originality or is way too cutesy, it's not going to make it.
Gonna admit here that I am an iyashikei addict.
