I'm a 26 year old programmer/IT professional who is obsessed with computers, gaming, and anime. I tend to spend my life in front of my computer. I spend my time either gaming, browsing reddit, or watching anime. I enjoy anime, but I've come to the point where I'm running out of animes to watch.

That is exactly how I feel. D:

Yeah, I think it's a weird habit. Because sometimes I'll really want to watch an anime, but instead of checking something off my list, I'll go find something new. Like with Owari no Seraph. It wasn't even that good but I marathoned both seasons in just over a day. I have no idea why I do it. x-x

It also pains me to reset an anime I'm half way through back to "Want to Watch" because I don't remember it. ;-;

Hey no problem! I'm happy to recommend things to fellow anime lovers. You're just so well versed in anime already, I don't think I have much to offer you haha. I hope you enjoy Kids on the Slope!

Oh man. I have to AWFUL habit of starting an anime and forgetting about it. No matter how much I love it (ex. Hana-saku Iroha... I'm still half way through) I just can't stop myself from getting distracted by other anime. That's why I have... 122 currently watching anime. I'm actually only watching like 5 of them and just forgot about the rest. I really need to clean up my list. x-x;;

Haha yea! It always cracks me up how the south shuts down from like a little dusting of snow.

Oh man, you've got like twice the amount of your life spent on anime than I do, so you've watched most of the anime on my top list (and we have the same ratings, hurray for great anime!).

But one that was on my "greatest anime" list, that I couldn't seem to find on your anime list, was "Kids on the Slope" or "Sakamichi no Apollon"for the Japanese name. It's a historical music based anime. I'm a sucker for anime with fantastic soundtracks and story (ex. Samurai Champloo), and this anime for sure hit that sweet spot.

It's another coming of age story like Silver Spoon, but instead of agriculture the main character finds himself through jazz music. I belive the anime takes place after WWII. There's a tiny romance story within it, but the story really doesn't focus too much on it. Mostly just the music and how it makes the two main characters feel.

Seriously, it's great!
