I watch and read to be entertained.
My Won't Watch should be taken as "I won't ever get around to watching it." It also serves as a reverse want to watch.
Dropped is a different matter, it usually means that the show doesn't interest me. Though, in the future, I'll try to watch some series that I've dropped. As for when in the future, I have no idea.
"Want to watch" means that I'm sure I'll watch/read this...eventually. Could be years for all I know.

Fifteen (that I dropped with four stars) isn't many. I sometimes acknowledge quality even if a series isn't to my taste. Due to time constraints the bar is pretty high.
